Andrew Doe
Co-founder of the hugely successful dotcom company Confetti Network, Andy has now moved into the wireless technology sector with two new companies. Wireless Workplace promotes the secure use of wireless technology through 802.11b. Blueunplugged.com is the world's only specialist retailer of bluetooth products.
- Andy admits to being a ‘serial entrepreneur’, with more than 15 years experience and four successful business launches behind him.
- Andy was a semi-finalist in last year’s Ernst and Young/Citibank Entrepreneur of the Year awards.
- Andy established Confetti Network Limited and built it into one of the few successful internet companies.
- His latest venture, Wireless Workplace, provides consultancy and services to businesses on the use of wireless technologies in the workplace.
- By focussing on the very real problem of data security, Andy believes that Wireless Workplace will be at the forefront of this emerging sector.
- Another new business launch that Andy is involved in is Blueunplugged.com, selling bluetooth products on-line.
- Although the company is less than 12 months old, it can already boast NASA, IBM and Apple as clients.
